MARSOC Selection 12 Week Training Program

Based on sound scientific principles with 18 years of experience as an exercise physiologist and 11 years as a Navy SEAL.  

I have teamed up a former MARSOC member to mathematically reverse engineer the pipeline.  Work capacity, distances, and physical tasks were pulled from the actual selection course to create this program.  With our collaboration we have made a comprehensive training program to prepare any candidate for the physical rigours of MARSOC selection.

For example:  Specific detail to how the candidates need to swim in boots and cammies were programmed to best prepare candidates for the course.
